This is a brilliant opportunity to join a growing, founder-led mortgage brokerage where relationships, service, and doing things properly sit at the heart of everything.We’re working with a people-first, high-service brokerage based in Birmingham, specialising in complex income and property cases. The business supports first-time buyers, investors, and clients who need a more tailored, thoughtful approach to securing the right mortgage and protection solutions.They are now looking for a Client Services / Mortgage Administrator to work directly with the founder and become a key part of the client journey from initial enquiry through to completion.This is a hands-on, high-trust position where you’ll be the right hand to the business owner and play a central role in shaping the client experience.The RoleYou’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day client journey, ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and with a personal touch.Key responsibilities include:\n

- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, lenders, and advisers \n
- Managing inbound enquiries and guiding clients through the process \n
- Booking appointments and managing diaries \n
- Keeping CRM systems fully updated and accurate \n
- Chasing documents and ensuring compliance requirements are met \n
- Progressing mortgage and protection applications from submission to completion \n
- Handling sensitive financial information with complete confidentiality \n
- Supporting general operational and administrative processes \n

- Have a background within financial services / PA \n
- Warm, personable, and confident communicating with clients \n
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail \n
- Proactive, reliable, and able to take ownership \n
- Calm under pressure and solution-focused \n
- Comfortable working in a small, close-knit team environment \n

- Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 (DOE) \n
- Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm \n
- Office-based role in Birmingham (B31) - this role has the potential to become hybrid after the probation period. \n
