This is a brilliant opportunity to join a growing, founder-led mortgage brokerage where relationships, service, and doing things properly sit at the heart of everything.We’re working with a people-first, high-service brokerage based in Birmingham, specialising in complex income and property cases. The business supports first-time buyers, investors, and clients who need a more tailored, thoughtful approach to securing the right mortgage and protection solutions.They are now looking for a Client Services / Mortgage Administrator to work directly with the founder and become a key part of the client journey from initial enquiry through to completion.This is a hands-on, high-trust position where you’ll be the right hand to the business owner and play a central role in shaping the client experience.The RoleYou’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day client journey, ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and with a personal touch.Key responsibilities include:\n

  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, lenders, and advisers
  • \n
  • Managing inbound enquiries and guiding clients through the process
  • \n
  • Booking appointments and managing diaries
  • \n
  • Keeping CRM systems fully updated and accurate
  • \n
  • Chasing documents and ensuring compliance requirements are met
  • \n
  • Progressing mortgage and protection applications from submission to completion
  • \n
  • Handling sensitive financial information with complete confidentiality
  • \n
  • Supporting general operational and administrative processes
  • \n
About YouWe’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering an excellent client experience.You will ideally be:\n

  • Have a background within financial services / PA
  • \n
  • Warm, personable, and confident communicating with clients
  • \n
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • \n
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to take ownership

  • Calm under pressure and solution-focused
  • \n
  • Comfortable working in a small, close-knit team environment
  • \n
Experience in mortgage administration, financial services, estate agency, PA/EA work, or high-end customer service would be beneficial.What’s On Offer\n

  • Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 (DOE)
  • \n
  • Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
  • \n
  • Office-based role in Birmingham (B31) - this role has the potential to become hybrid after the probation period.
