Key Responsibilities:\n

\n
• Working closely with operational and departmental leaders, providing insightful financial analysis and partnering with stakeholders to support strategic decision-making
\n
• Producing accurate weekly and monthly management accounts
\n
• Delivering meaningful financial analysis, identifying trends, risks and opportunities
\n
• Supporting across budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
\n
• Completing detailed variance analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities
\n
• Business partnering key departments including HR, IT, Marketing and Operations
\n
• Developing business cases to support strategic projects and investment decisions
\n
• Preparing financial models and scenario analysis to support commercial decision-making
\n
• Presenting financial information clearly to senior stakeholders
\n
• Ensure strong financial controls, governance and compliance are maintained
\n

About You:\n

\n
• Qualified or part-qualified accountant status (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent)
\n
• Previous experience within an operational or commercial finance role
\n
• Strong management accounting, budgeting and forecasting experience
\n
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
\n
• Outstanding communication skills with the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels
\n
• A proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach
