Mechanical Maintenance Engineer required to start as soon as possible.
\n£24-£26 per hour.
\nCentral London.
\nMonday to Friday 8am - 5pm - 40 hours per week.

\nOne of London's leading Facilities Maintenance organisations are looking for an immediate Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their maintenance team.
\n\nDay to duties will include:
\n- \n
- Monthly and weekly PPM's \n
- Working with a BMS system \n
- Changing filters on AHU's \n
- Coil cleans on FCU's \n
- Chiller checks \n
- Boiler resets \n
- Fire alarm testing \n
- Electrical fault finding \n
- Emergency light testing \n
- Belt changes \n
- Steam Boiler \n
- LTHW \n
- Pipework \n
Qualifications:
\nMechanical NVQ or City & Guilds Level 3 required
