Description:

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced RMNs to work within East Cheshire NHS Trust, delivering high-quality mental health care in a supportive NHS environment. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing compassionate, patient-centred care while maintaining the highest clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe and effective mental health care in line with NHS standards
\n
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
\n
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support positive patient outcomes
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
\n
• Adhere to clinical guidelines, safeguarding procedures, and infection control policies
\n
• Respond effectively in fast-paced and challenging clinical environments
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Valid NMC registration (Mental Health)
\n
• Minimum 6 months NHS experience (within the last 2 years)
\n
• Enhanced DBS (physical copy required)
\n
• Up-to-date mandatory training
\n
