Vehicle Technician

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Vehicle Technician position based in West Sussex. Our client is a reputable dealership seeking a skilled individual to join their professional service team. Duties of a Vehicle Technician:\n

\n
• Conduct diagnostic, servicing, and repair works to manufacturer standards
\n
• Perform EV and hydraulic repairs safely and efficiently, subject to qualification
\n
• Use advanced diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve complex faults
\n
• Ensure all work maintains high standards of quality, safety, and safety procedures
\n
• Mentor and support Apprentice Technicians in their development
\n
• Maintain high levels of safety, quality control, and customer satisfaction
\n

Requirements:\n

\n
• Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
\n
• Recognised diagnostic qualification (desirable but not essential)
\n
• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic preferred
\n
• Strong teamwork skills with attention to detail and safety protocols
\n
• Motivated to develop skills through manufacturer training, particularly in EV technology
\n
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high safety standards
\n
