\n\nJob Title: French Speaking Accounts Payable Administrator
\nLocation: Fareham, Hampshire (Hybrid – Monday to Wednesday in the office, Thursday and Friday working from home)
\nContract: Full-time, Permanent
\nSalary: £28,000 – £31,000 per annum
\n\nThe Role
\nReporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you'll play a key role in supporting the Finance Shared Service Centre, ensuring supplier invoices, employee expenses and payments are processed accurately and on time across multiple EMEA countries.
\nYour responsibilities will include:

- Processing high volumes of supplier invoices in line with company policies and KPIs \n
- Processing employee expenses and ensuring compliance with company travel and expense policies \n
- Preparing and supporting weekly payment runs, including BACS, SEPA and foreign payments \n
- Maintaining and updating supplier (vendor) master data \n
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving invoice and payment queries \n
- Communicating with French-speaking suppliers and internal stakeholders across the business \n
- Supporting month-end activities and payment reconciliations \n
- Assisting with internal and external audits \n
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the Accounts Payable function \n
We're Looking For
\n- \n
- Fluent French and English (spoken and written) \n
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable, finance administration or a busy office administration environment \n
- Strong numerical skills with excellent attention to detail \n
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas and spreadsheets (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP are advantageous) \n
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities \n
- A proactive, customer-focused approach and willingness to learn \n
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multicultural team \n
- Basic accounting knowledge or experience is beneficial \n
- Oracle, Concur or ERP system experience is advantageous but not essential \n
- AAT studies or finance qualifications are desirable but not required \n
