Pricing & Stock Analyst
Job Description
We are working with a well-established and growing organisation to recruit a Stock & Pricing Analyst for their operations team in Hartlepool. This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical and commercially minded individual who enjoys working with data, stock management and pricing analysis within a fast-paced environment.
\nThis role offers the chance to play a key part in supporting business performance by monitoring stock, identifying commercial opportunities, producing meaningful reports and ensuring operational processes run efficiently. \nResponsibilities:

- Analyse stock positions to identify commercial risks and opportunities. \n
- Carry out stock reconciliations across multiple locations. \n
- Produce management information and performance reports. \n
- Make pricing recommendations based on market and stock analysis. \n
- Support procurement activities by monitoring supplier agreements and purchasing opportunities. \n
- Assist with month-end stock and financial reconciliations. \n
- Maintain pricing data and monitor stock availability. \n
- Build strong working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. \n
- Support internal audits and compliance with quality management standards. \n
- Provide cross-functional support and assist with ad hoc projects as required. \n

- Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail. \n
- Commercially aware with the ability to evaluate data and make informed recommendations. \n
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. \n
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities. \n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills. \n
- Experience within stock control, inventory, procurement, supply chain or a similar analytical role is desirable but not essential. \n
- CIPS Level 3+, AAT Level 4+, or an equivalent professional qualification would be advantageous. \n
Benefits:

- Salary of £30,000 per annum. \n
