- Salary up to £42,000 per annum, depending on experience \n
- Performance-related bonuses based on hours sold, achieving on-target earnings of £55,000 to £60,000 per annum \n

- Prepare and prime vehicle bodywork according to manufacturer and customer specifications \n
- Mix and colour-match paints accurately to ensure perfect colour matching \n
- Spray all repaired areas to a high-quality finish, ensuring a durable and professional appearance \n
- Carry out light cosmetic SMART repairs as required \n
- Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of products, techniques, and industry standards \n
- Uphold excellent customer service standards to foster customer loyalty and referrals \n
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, health, and safety compliance \n
- Ensure accurate and orderly administration of your work, adhering to company procedures \n

- Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer \n
- Formal qualifications as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer and ATA certification are desirable but not essential; extensive experience will be considered \n
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work \n
- Team player with good communication and organisational skills \n
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment \n
- Valid UK driving licence with minimal points \n
