They’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who knows how to turn strategy into results, data into insights, and ideas into campaigns that deliver.
\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to lead digital marketing activity across multiple channels, driving customer acquisition, engagement, retention and revenue growth. You'll be the go-to expert for all things digital, from ECRM and personalisation to analytics, campaign optimisation and performance marketing.

\nWhat you'll be doing

- Developing and leading the digital marketing strategy \n
- Owning the ECRM strategy, driving customer engagement, loyalty and retention \n
- Planning, delivering and optimising multi-channel marketing campaigns \n
- Monitoring campaign performance and turning data into actionable insights \n
- Managing marketing budgets and maximising ROI and ROAS \n
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver high-performing campaigns \n
- Leading and developing team members, providing coaching and support \n
- Keeping ahead of digital trends and identifying opportunities for innovation and growth \n
What they’re looking for

- Proven experience in a Digital Marketing Manager role or similar \n
- Strong knowledge of paid and organic digital marketing channels \n
- Experience managing ECRM programmes, customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing \n
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making \n
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills \n
- Experience managing budgets and delivering measurable results \n
- A commercially focused mindset with a passion for performance \n
- CIM qualification or equivalent would be advantageous \n
