We are working on behalf of a growing organisation in the healthcare sector, who are looking to recruit an Operations Administrator to support the delivery of NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) and social care services. As an Operations Administrator you will interact with NHS teams, healthcare professionals, care providers, patients and families, coordinating administrative processes and supporting operational service delivery. You will be highly organised, proactive, an excellent communicator with exceptional attention to detail and able to manage confidential information whilst working collaboratively within a fast-paced team.

This role is office based in Shirley Solihull, with flexibility to work 1 days from home. You will be required to hold an Enhanced DBS check for this role.

\n

Role and responsibilities:

\n

• As an Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for providing an administrative service supporting NHS and social care services.

\n

• Coordinate and schedule CHC assessments, reviews and operational meetings.

\n

• Collate documentation for assessments and reviews ensuring information is complete and accurate.

\n

• Maintain and update internal systems, databases and service trackers.

\n

• Support reporting requirements for NHS and social care commissioners.

\n

• Communicate professionally with healthcare professionals, NHS teams, care providers, patients and families.

\n

• Support wider operational delivery and continuous service improvement initiatives.

\n

• Maintain confidential records with a clear audit trail.

\n

• Produce accurate correspondence, reports and documentation using Microsoft Office.

\n

• Build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

\n

• General administrative duties as required.

\n

Skills and experience required:

\n

• Previous experience within an Administration, Operations Administrator or Administrative Coordinator role essential

\n

• Experience within healthcare is desirable.

\n

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

\n

• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

\n

• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office.

\n

• Reliable, professional and able to work effectively within a team.

\n

• Positive attitude with willingness to learn.

\n

• Demonstrates initiative, accountability and a strong work ethic.

\n
