Duties of the New Car Sales Manager position:\n

• Lead, coach, and support a team of four New Car Sales Executives and one Business Manager to meet and exceed sales targets

• Drive sales strategies and create engaging campaigns aligned with market trends and customer needs
\n
• Maintain high customer satisfaction levels by ensuring best practices are followed and customer feedback is valued
\n
• Organise and oversee sales events to generate strong commercial results
\n
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data
\n
• Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer handling and team leadership skills
\n
• Monitor and analyse sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies

Requirements for the New Car Sales Manager:\n

• Proven experience at a Sales Manager level within a small to medium franchise-approved car dealership is highly desirable
\n
• Consideration will also be given to dynamic, proven Sales Executives or Business Managers seeking their next career step

• Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team

• Strong understanding of retail motor trade sales processes
\n
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills

• Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
