Description

The Finance Analyst will;

\n
    \n
  • Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • \n
  • Produce and analyse monthly management accounts and performance reports.
  • \n
  • Develop financial models and business performance dashboards.
  • \n
  • Analyse operational and financial data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
  • \n
  • Assist with variance analysis and provide insightful commentary to stakeholders.
  • \n
  • Work closely with operational teams to improve financial understanding and performance.
  • \n
  • Support strategic planning and business decision-making through robust financial analysis.
  • \n
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of financial reporting processes and systems.
  • \n
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis and reports as required by senior management.
  • \n

Profile

\n

A successful Finance Analyst should have:

\n
    \n
  • Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, lookups and financial modelling.
  • \n
  • Experience in a Finance Analyst, FP&A, Management Accounts or similar finance role.
  • \n
  • Commercially aware with strong business acumen.
  • \n
  • Ability to analyse complex financial information and clearly communicate insights.
  • \n
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • \n
  • Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • \n
  • Nesuite CRP system experience
  • \n
  • CIMA finalist, newly qualified CIMA, or equivalent accounting qualification (ACCA/ACA considered).
  • \n
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related discipline desirable.
  • \n
