Senior Service Advisor

Duties of the Senior Service Advisor:\n

• Greet customers both in person and via phone, providing professional and courteous service
\n
• Book and manage vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance using dealership management systems
\n
• Prepare and verify repair orders, ensuring accuracy and detailed documentation
\n
• Conduct vehicle check-ins, recording condition and customer requirements accurately
\n
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process and obtain approval for additional work
\n
• Explain repair and maintenance recommendations clearly and confidently
\n
• Liaise with Technicians, Workshop Controllers, and Parts staff to ensure smooth workshop operations
\n
• Arrange vehicle collections, deliveries, and customer handovers efficiently
\n
• Review vehicle history to identify preventative maintenance opportunities
\n
• Support daily departmental operations and assist with administrative duties
\n
• Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
\n

Requirements of the Senior Service Advisor:\n

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a motor dealership, ideally with commercial vehicles
\n
• Strong communication and customer care skills
\n
• Excellent organisational abilities with high attention to detail
\n
• Proficiency in dealership management software; Kerridge or Keyloop experience is advantageous
\n
• Full UK Driving Licence
\n
• Knowledge of warranty procedures and dealership processes is desirable as the Senior Service Advisor
\n
