Our client, a highly reputable fleet maintenance company based in Wickford, Essex, is seeking a skilled Van Technician to join their dedicated team. - Conduct servicing, maintenance, and repairs on light commercial vehicles including Vivaro, Sprinter, Crafters, and utility vehicles \n
- Handle brake, clutch, timing belt, suspension, and turbo repairs \n
- Perform warranty work and some gearbox repairs (outsourced outside warranty) \n
- Manage a high-volume workload, servicing over 20 vehicles per day as a Van Technician \n
- Follow company procedures to ensure vehicle safety, quality, and compliance \n
- Maintain accurate diagnostic and repair records \n
- Ensure timely completion of repair jobs within specified deadlines \n

- Proven experience working on light commercial vehicles \n
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills \n
- Ability to work independently and part of a team \n
- Full UK driving licence \n
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship \n
- Good time management skills to handle high-volume workload \n
