Service Advisor

We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor on behalf of our client, a well-established family-run independent garage located in Maidenhead, Berkshire. This Service Advisor position offers an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals aiming to progress within the automotive industry in a busy, customer-focused environment. The successful individual will play a vital role in delivering high-quality customer service while supporting workshop operations.Benefits:\n

Duties of a Service Advisor:\n

• Greet and assist customers professionally and courteously
\n
• Handle incoming telephone and email enquiries efficiently
\n
• Book and manage service appointments aligned with workshop capacity
\n
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation as a Service Advisor
\n
• Liaise with the workshop and technical team to facilitate smooth workflow
\n
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the service journey
\n

Requirements of a Service Advisor:\n

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the motor trade or a similar industry
\n
• Strong communication and organisational skills
\n
• Professional and approachable demeanour
\n
• Familiarity with Kerridge or similar dealership management systems is advantageous
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\n
• Reliable and well-organised with a proactive attitude
