Are you an experienced HR Business Partner looking for an opportunity to make an immediate impact within a large, complex organisation?

Client Details

We're seeking an experienced HR professional to join an established HR team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Working closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders, you'll provide expert HR support across a broad range of people matters, helping to drive organisational objectives and support ongoing people initiatives.

Description

As a trusted advisor, you will:

• Partner with senior leaders and managers to deliver strategic and operational HR support.
\n
• Lead on complex employee relations matters, investigations and hearings.
\n
• Support organisational change programmes, restructures and workforce initiatives.
\n
• Build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including trade union representatives.
\n
• Provide expert guidance on employment law, policy and people-related risks.
\n
• Contribute to HR projects, process improvements and organisational development activity.
\n

Profile

You'll be an experienced HR Business Partner with:

\n
• Proven success operating in a business partnering role within a large and complex organisation.
\n
• Strong employee relations expertise and experience managing complex casework.
\n
• Experience supporting organisational change and transformation programmes.
\n
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
\n
• Sound knowledge of UK employment law.
\n
• CIPD membership or equivalent professional qualification.
\n
• Experience in the Higher Education and Training sector or Not For Profit or similar
\n
