\nSalary: £28k -£33k DOE + great benefit package
\nLocation: Hove
\nHours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
\nHybrid Working: Following the successful completion of a six-month probationary period, you'll have the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis, with three days in the office and two days working from home each week.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys providing first-class customer service, building strong relationships and ensuring clients receive an exceptional level of support throughout their insurance journey.
\nWorking alongside an experienced team, you'll play a key role in servicing clients, liaising with insurers, preparing quotations and ensuring policies are administered accurately and compliantly.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Managing insurance policies from inception through to renewal. \n
- Liaising with insurers to obtain quotations for both new business and renewals. \n
- Preparing professional quotations and policy documentation. \n
- Processing mid-term adjustments (MTAs) and policy amendments. \n
- Issuing policy schedules, certificates and renewal documentation. \n
- Raising invoices and assisting with premium collection and credit control. \n
- Responding to client enquiries by telephone and email, providing an exceptional level of customer service. \n
- Maintaining accurate records using the company's CRM system. \n
- Supporting Account Executives and the wider broking team with day-to-day administration. \n
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with FCA regulations and company procedures. \n
Skills & Experience
\nThe successful candidate will ideally have:

- Previous experience as an Insurance Account Handler, Broker Support or Insurance Administrator. \n
- Excellent administration and organisational skills with strong attention to detail. \n
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. \n
- The ability to manage multiple priorities within a busy environment. \n
- Experience using Acturis or another insurance broking platform would be advantageous. \n
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office. \n
- A proactive, positive and team-focused approach. \n
- A willingness to learn and develop within a specialist insurance sector. \n
