Factory Operative

Our client is a well established manufacturer known for producing some of the best quality products on the market. Monday to Friday, 07:00–15:30

We currently have openings for:

\n
• Factory Operative – Glass (13.00ph) – picking, arranging, and loading glass orders accurately for outgoing vehicles. Counterbalance forklift licence required
\n
• Factory Operative – Despatch (£13.00ph) – picking, packing, and despatching customer and stock orders
\n
• Factory Operative – Packing (£13.00ph) – picking, packing, and labelling orders ready to go out the door
\n
• Factory Operative – Production (£13.00ph) – cutting, punching, and fabricating parts to technical drawings
\n
• Delivery Driver, 7.2T (£13.00ph) – delivering products safely and on time to customers across the UK with occasional nights out.

What You'll Be Doing

Across these roles, day to day tasks include:

\n
• Picking, packing, loading, and despatching orders accurately
\n
• Checking deliveries and stock against paperwork and reporting any issues
\n
• Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organised
\n
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
\n
• Working well as part of a team and supporting colleagues where needed
\n

What We're Looking For

\n
• A reliable, hard working attitude with a genuine eye for detail
\n
• A team player who takes pride in getting things right
\n
• A counterbalance forklift licence is required for the Glass role, and desirable but not essential for the other warehouse and production roles
\n
• For the Delivery Driver role, a full UK licence with Category C entitlement and a valid digital tachograph card are required
\n
