Experienced chef required to work for the famous Greek restaurant Babinondas

located in Palmers Green. This established restaurant has a fully equipped kitchen, has graded 5 out of 5 (food hygiene) and has a team of lovely individuals encompassing a work colleagues / friends environment.

Chef - Greek Cuisine Requirements:

• Previous Greek cuisine chef experience, must have experience cooking on charcoal
\n
• Hardworking, reliable, responsible and a team worker
\n
• Able to determine how food should be presented, and create decorative food displays
\n
• Estimate amounts and costs of required supplies, such as food and ingredients.
\n
• Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure conformance to established standards.
\n
• Instruct cooks and other workers in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food.
\n
• Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations.
\n
• Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and workers engaged in food preparation.
\n

ALL applicants must live local to the restaurant. Palmers Green is in the north London area. No applications from South London as this is too far a commute to work.
