The Opportunity\nLHH is delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked regional law firm to recruit an experienced Senior Private Client Solicitor.
\nJoining one of the region's leading Private Client teams, you'll advise individuals and families on a broad range of complex lifetime planning and estate administration matters, working alongside recognised specialists in a collaborative and supportive environment.

The Role\nYou'll manage a varied caseload across all aspects of Private Client work, including:

- Wills and estate planning \n
- Probate and estate administration \n
- Lasting Powers of Attorney \n
- Trust creation and administration \n
- Tax and succession planning \n
Alongside your own caseload, you'll play an active role in business development, helping to strengthen existing client relationships and develop new opportunities in a way that complements your own strengths.
\nThere will also be opportunities to mentor and support junior lawyers as the team continues to grow.
About You\nYou'll be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with significant experience in Private Client law.
\nYou'll ideally demonstrate:

- Strong technical expertise across wills, probate, trusts and estate planning \n
- Excellent client care and relationship management skills \n
- Confidence managing complex matters independently \n
- A collaborative approach to mentoring and supporting colleagues \n
- Commercial awareness and an interest in business development \n
STEP qualification or progress towards STEP would be advantageous, although not essential.
