Rate – up to £700pd

6-12 months with immediate start

We’re working with a London Borough currently going through a finance systems implementation, who are looking for an experienced Local Government Transformation Lead. The post holder will produce and deliver the training schemes for the new system, whilst leading on organisational change to ensure a smooth adoption of the new system, prior experience of delivering change within local government is therefore vital.

Working alongside the Finance Lead and Project Manager, we're looking for someone with a background in financial management, who understands the pressures of Local Government and has previously supported on transformation programmes. The ability to build relationships and deliver successful organisational change is vital.
