This is a rare opportunity to join one of the UK's largest and most highly regarded Agriculture & Estates teams, based in Newcastle. If you're a Paralegal looking to build a long-term career within a specialist team that offers exceptional training and progression, this is an opportunity not to be missed.The Opportunity Working alongside experienced lawyers, you'll gain exposure to a unique mix of Agricultural Property and Private Client work, supporting landowners, farming businesses and high-net-worth individuals with a broad range of legal matters. Your responsibilities will include:\n

• Assisting with agricultural property and estate planning matters.
\n
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence.
\n
• Handling client enquiries and assisting with new instructions.
\n
• Preparing and submitting Land Registry, Probate Registry and Companies House applications.
\n
• Drafting and submitting SDLT returns.
\n
• Using case management systems to progress matters efficiently.
\n
• Providing wider support across the team where required.
\n

This is a varied role offering excellent exposure to high-quality work and the opportunity to develop your technical skills within a nationally recognised team.About You You'll ideally have:\n

• Previous experience working as a Paralegal within a law firm.
\n
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
\n
• A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team.
\n
• A genuine interest in building a long-term career within a specialist legal team.
\n

Experience within Agriculture & Estates is desirable, although applications are equally welcomed from Paralegals with Residential or Commercial Property experience looking to move into this specialist area.What's on Offer?\n
