Property Litigation / Dispute Resolution Solicitor Opportunity

A respected and growing law firm in Brighton / Hove, East Sussex is seeking an ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor to join its expanding Dispute Resolution team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor or a solicitor with up to 4 years’ PQE to develop their career within a modern, forward-thinking practice offering high-quality contentious property work and long-term progression.

The Role

The successful Property Litigation Solicitor will manage a broad and varied caseload of property-related disputes, including:

• Residential and commercial landlord and tenant disputes
\n
• Possession claims
\n
• Lease disputes and interpretation issues
\n
• Boundary disputes
\n
• Easements and rights of way
\n
• Breaches of covenant
\n
• General property litigation matters
\n

You will have a good level of autonomy, supported by an experienced team and will be encouraged to build trusted relationships with landlords, property owners, investors and corporate clients.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
\n
• Experience in property litigation / property disputes
\n
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
\n
• Confident managing matters independently with supervision
\n
• Commercial, client-focused and proactive mindset
\n
• Strong organisation and file management skills
\n
• Comfortable using modern case-management systems
\n
