\n Pertemps is recruiting an experienced and reliable Housekeeping Team Member to support a busy student accommodation site in Aberdeen. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience who takes pride in delivering high standards of cleanliness.\n
\n
Working Hours\n

\n
• Monday to Friday
\n
• 9:00am – 2:00pm
\n

Key Responsibilities\n

\n
• Clean and maintain communal areas, including kitchens, lounges, corridors, stairwells and other shared spaces.
\n
• Service and prepare student bedrooms and bathrooms to a high standard.
\n
• Carry out routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping and sanitising.
\n
• Report maintenance issues and health and safety concerns promptly.
\n
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely, following COSHH procedures.
\n
• Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and customer service at all times.

Requirements\n

\n
• Previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience is essential.
\n
• Experience in hotels, residential properties, student accommodation or domestic housekeeping is desirable.
\n
• Familiarity with COSHH regulations and the safe use of cleaning products.
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
\n
• Excellent attention to detail.
\n
• Reliable, punctual and well organised.
\n
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
