Project Quantity Surveyor – Tier 1 Main Contractor (Major Commercial Project) – Westminster Salary/Package: £65,000 – £75,000 + Discretionary Bonus + Company Car or Car Allowance (+ EV Incentives) + Travel Expenses + Private Healthcare + 6%+ Employer Pension + Life Assurance + Health Insurance + Flexible Working O’Neill and Brennan are currently working with a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join their established commercial team, delivering a major, landmark commercial development in Westminster. Working as part of an experienced commercial team, you will take ownership of key subcontract packages from procurement through to final account, playing a vital role in the successful commercial delivery of this flagship project.
