\nOur client is looking for a highly organised and numerically minded individual to join their growing team as a Pension & Investment Analyst.
\nNo previous pensions or financial services experience is required. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for graduates or candidates with strong administration, analytical or customer service experience who are looking to develop a long-term career within wealth management.
\nWorking alongside experienced Financial Advisers, you'll play an important role in supporting clients and ensuring pension and investment processes run smoothly.
\nThe Role
\nAs a Pension & Investment Analyst, you will provide administrative and analytical support to Financial Advisers while developing your knowledge of pensions and investments.
\nYour responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and processing client documentation \n
- Liaising with pension providers and investment companies \n
- Maintaining accurate client records and updating internal systems \n
- Supporting Financial Advisers with administrative tasks \n
- Ensuring information is recorded accurately and compliantly \n
- Assisting clients with documentation and queries \n
- Monitoring cases through to completion \n
- Using Excel and internal systems to manage and organise information \n
About You

- Numerically minded and comfortable working with figures \n
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail \n
- Analytical and confident using Microsoft Excel \n
- A strong communicator with a positive attitude \n
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment \n
- Keen to build a long-term career in financial services \n
Previous experience in administration, data analysis, customer service, finance, banking or office-based roles would be beneficial, although full training will be provided.
