\n About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Marketing Assistant to join our hands-on marketing team. This is an ideal role for a recent graduate or someone starting their career in marketing. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and wider Marketing Team, you will support the delivery of the UK marketing plan across digital marketing, communications, events, brand management and marketing administration. You'll gain experience across a wide range of marketing activities while developing your skills in content creation, campaign delivery, digital marketing and event coordination.   • Assist with creating and scheduling content across digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • \n
  • Support the production of customer and distributor newsletters and email marketing campaigns.
  • \n
  • Help maintain and update website content.
  • \n
  • Assist with social media content creation and scheduling.
  • \n
  • Support the creation of marketing materials including brochures, presentations, leaflets and promotional assets.
  • \n
  • Assist with PR activities including case studies, press releases and product launch communications.
  • \n
  • Help maintain internal communication channels and digital displays.
  • \n
  • Contribute content for the company's internal newsletter.
  • \n
Digital Marketing\n
    \n
  • Support the planning and delivery of social media campaigns.
  • \n
  • Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting using marketing analytics.
  • \n
  • Help identify opportunities to improve digital engagement.
  • \n
  • Assist with website updates and ongoing digital improvement projects.
  • \n
Events & Exhibitions\n
    \n
  • Support the planning and organisation of exhibitions, trade shows and corporate events.
  • \n
  • Help coordinate exhibition logistics, promotional materials and event administration.
  • \n
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure events run smoothly.
  • \n
  • Assist with post-event feedback and reporting.
  • \n
Marketing Operations\n
    \n
  • Maintain stocks of marketing literature and promotional merchandise.
  • \n
  • Coordinate the distribution of marketing materials to the sales team and distributors.
  • \n
  • Assist in managing marketing assets including banners, exhibition equipment and promotional displays.
  • \n
  • Support relationships with external suppliers and agencies.
  • \n
  • Assist with product launch activities alongside the Product Coordinator.
  • \n
  • Carry out competitor research and market analysis to support the marketing team.
  • \n
Team Support & Development\n
    \n
  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing Team.
  • \n
  • Assist with Group Marketing projects where required.
  • \n
  • Contribute ideas to improve marketing activities and internal processes.
  • \n
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to build marketing knowledge.
  • \n
  • Support the Marketing Manager with day-to-day activities and project coordination.
  • \n
About You We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised and keen to build a career in marketing. You will ideally have:\n
    \n
  • A degree (or equivalent qualification) in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related subject.
  • \n
  • A genuine interest in digital marketing and brand communications.
  • \n
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • \n
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • \n
  • Good attention to detail.
  • \n
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • \n
  • The ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
  • \n
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office applications.
  • \n
Desirable Skills It would be beneficial if you have some experience (through university, placements or previous work) with:\n
    \n
  • Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • \n
  • Social media management platforms.
  • \n
  • Email marketing platforms.
  • \n
  • Website content management systems (CMS).
  • \n
  • Google Analytics or similar reporting tools.
  • \n
Experience with platforms such as Marketing Cloud/Braze, EpiServer or Akeneo would be advantageous but is not essential, as training will be provided.Role Requirements\n

  • Occasional UK travel to support exhibitions and marketing events.
  • \n
  • Flexibility to undertake occasional overnight stays where business needs require.
  • \n
