- High-level support to a team of eight investment professionals at senior level. \n
- Complex international travel and diary management across time zones \n
- Meeting coordination, stakeholder liaison and document handling \n
- Global coordination with US offices \n
- Expense and Amex reconciliation (Concur) \n
- Office operations management, ensuring smooth day-to-day running \n
- Full ownership of Health & Safety compliance and documentation \n
- Acting as the main point of contact for building management and vendors \n
- Managing facilities, maintenance, repairs and workplace safety checks \n
- Coordinating Fire Risk Assessments and First Aid/Fire Warden coverage \n
- Ensuring office presentation and meeting room standards remain consistently high \n
- Providing holiday cover for other Assistants and supporting ad hoc projects \n

- Proven experience as an EA working within Private Equity \n
- Strong facilities, operations or office management exposure \n
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders \n
- Highly organised with strong prioritisation and judgement \n
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) \n
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and exceptional attention to detail \n
- A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude \n
