\nAs Executive Assistant, you will;

- Manage complex diaries and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones. \n
- Prepare and proofread high-quality documents and presentations. \n
- Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and itineraries. \n
- Act as a key point of contact between senior executives and internal/external stakeholders. \n
- Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information. \n
- Assist in organising company events and conferences as needed. \n
- Support administrative tasks such as expense management and filing systems. \n
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely follow-ups on key projects. \n
Profile
\nA successful Executive Assistant should have:
