Service Advisor

We are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to join a reputable prestige dealership located in Cambridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals seeking to develop their careers within a well-established dealership with an excellent reputation. The successful Service Advisor will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service whilst maximising workshop throughput and profitability.Benefits for the successful Service Advisor will include:\n

Duties:\n

• Providing expert advice to customers on vehicle servicing and repairs
\n
• Managing customer expectations and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
\n
• Liaising with technicians to guarantee timely completion of jobs
\n
• Upselling additional services and products where appropriate
\n
• Maintaining accurate service documentation and customer records
\n
• Contributing to the overall positive reputation of the dealership
\n

Requirements of the Service Advisor include:\n

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
\n
• Strong customer service and communication skills
\n
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
\n
• Organised and detail-oriented with good administrative abilities
\n
• Knowledge of dealership management systems (DMS) is advantageous
