National Director of Sales

We are a manufacturer of high-performance powder coatings serving industrial and automotive markets. We specialize in custom formulations and pride ourselves on responsiveness, technical expertise, and product quality.

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Powder Coatings Chemist to support formulation, development, and technical service activities. This is a hands-on role working closely with senior chemists and production teams.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and modify powder coating formulations (epoxy, polyester, hybrids)
- Support scale-up from lab to production
- Conduct testing: cure, gloss, color, mechanical and chemical resistance
- Evaluate and qualify raw materials
- Troubleshoot processing and application issues
- Maintain formulation and test documentation

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field
- 2-7 years coatings experience in powder coatings
- Strong lab and troubleshooting skills

Preferred:
- Experience with extrusion and powder processing
- Knowledge of electrostatic application
- Familiarity with pigments, resins, and additives
