Job Description
Our organization is seeking Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physicians in Turlock, CA.
Position Overview:
Initial base salary range: $300,000 - $310,000
Salary guarantee for two years
Loan or mortgage assistance available, up to $200,000
Stipend for residency support offered
Compensation model based on RVUs commencing in the second year
Sign-on bonus potential of up to $50,000
Opportunity for RVU bonuses during the guarantee period
Care for both adult and pediatric patients
Flexible work schedule
100% outpatient care
Average patient load of 20 - 25 per day in the clinic
Additional shifts available in Urgent Care, if desired
Teaching opportunities may be available with a newly accredited Family Medicine program
