Our organization, situated in Salisbury, MD, is in search of an Endovascular/Cranial/Trauma Neurosurgery physician to become a part of our growing team at the Neurosurgery department. We are a physician-led multi-specialty group dedicated to providing quality, community-focused healthcare. Benefits
Base Salary Range: $770,000 - $1,000,000 (based on experience and specialty)

Procedural Scope
Cranial Neurosurgery:
Craniotomy for tumor removal (both primary and metastatic brain tumors)
Awake craniotomy for lesions in eloquent cortex
Stereotactic brain biopsy
Surgical clipping of intracranial aneurysms
Resection of arteriovenous malformations (AVMs)
Placement and revision of ventriculoperitoneal (VP) shunts
Endoscopic third ventriculostomy (ETV)
Evacuation of subdural and intracranial hematomas
Endovascular Neurosurgery:
Mechanical thrombectomy for acute ischemic strokes
Endovascular coiling of intracranial aneurysms
Flow diversion and stent-assisted procedures
Embolization of AVMs and dural arteriovenous fistulas
Diagnostic cerebral angiography
Neurotrauma:
Craniotomy/craniectomy for traumatic brain injuries (epidural/subdural hematomas)
Decompressive craniectomy for elevated intracranial pressure
Placement of external ventricular drains (EVD)
Management of traumatic intracranial hemorrhage
Shift Details
Schedule: Clinic, Day Shift + On-Call
On-Call: 1:4 rotation
Trauma Level: Level III
