Our organization, situated in Salisbury, MD, is in search of an Endovascular/Cranial/Trauma Neurosurgery physician to become a part of our growing team at the Neurosurgery department. We are a physician-led multi-specialty group dedicated to providing quality, community-focused healthcare. Procedural Scope

Cranial Neurosurgery:

  • Craniotomy for tumor removal (both primary and metastatic brain tumors)

  • Awake craniotomy for lesions in eloquent cortex

  • Stereotactic brain biopsy

  • Surgical clipping of intracranial aneurysms

  • Resection of arteriovenous malformations (AVMs)

  • Placement and revision of ventriculoperitoneal (VP) shunts

  • Endoscopic third ventriculostomy (ETV)

  • Evacuation of subdural and intracranial hematomas

Endovascular Neurosurgery:

  • Mechanical thrombectomy for acute ischemic strokes

  • Endovascular coiling of intracranial aneurysms

  • Flow diversion and stent-assisted procedures

  • Embolization of AVMs and dural arteriovenous fistulas

  • Diagnostic cerebral angiography

Neurotrauma:

  • Craniotomy/craniectomy for traumatic brain injuries (epidural/subdural hematomas)

  • Decompressive craniectomy for elevated intracranial pressure

  • Placement of external ventricular drains (EVD)

  • Management of traumatic intracranial hemorrhage

Shift Details

  • Schedule: Clinic, Day Shift + On-Call

  • On-Call: 1:4 rotation

  • Trauma Level: Level III
