As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients through direct interaction and will ensure that patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and reporting any changes in patients' conditions. Daily tasks will also involve assigning duties, instructing, and providing clinical oversight to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).

• Completion of an accredited LPN program
• Current licensure/registration in the relevant state. Must maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment.
• Preferred: One (1) year of experience in skilled nursing
• CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation. CPR certification must remain valid throughout employment.

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients
