• Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program or Nurse Practitioner program.

• Capability to secure and maintain licenses in New York State and Pennsylvania.

• Utilization of a comprehensive Electronic Health Record (EHR) system (Epic 10-Star health system, recognized among the top 1% of Epic organizations).

• Convenient access to specialists within our organization.

• Accredited as a Patient-Centered Medical Home in accordance with NCQA standards.

Compensation and Benefits

• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and disability insurance.

• Malpractice insurance with tail coverage.

• Coverage for licensure fees, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certification, and renewals.

• A referral bonus of $15,000 for successfully hiring a referred physician for a full-time position.

• Salary range is between $115,000 and $155,000.
