Our Salmon Creek clinic features twelve OBGYN physicians, and this role involves on-call duties at Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center, where you will receive support from a Legacy OB Hospitalist and our Kaiser Permanente backup system around the clock. The hospital is equipped with a Level III NICU and on-site anesthesia, averaging 70 deliveries each month.

What You Can Expect:
  • Shared call responsibilities among a group of 14 physicians.

  • Scheduled GYN surgeries performed at Kaiser Sunnyside Medical Center.

  • Collaboration with a highly skilled, collegial team dedicated to a patient-centered care approach.

  • Access to a physician-friendly advanced Epic EMR system.

  • Potential for leadership roles within the medical group if desired.

  • Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).

We Offer You:
  • A generous automatic employer-funded pension and retirement contributions totaling 21% of eligible clinician earnings, with optional additional employee contributions.

  • Competitive compensation not based on a fee-for-service model.

  • A pathway for physicians to become shareholders in our organization.

  • Paid annual education leave along with an annual education allowance.

  • Comprehensive benefits package, including largely employer-funded medical and dental insurance premiums, life insurance, and paid leave.

  • Complete professional liability coverage at no cost, 100% reimbursement for obtaining and maintaining board certification, continuing medical education reimbursement, and in-house CME opportunities.

  • Total Rewards value ranging from $363,600 to $459,300.

Current Hiring Incentives for This Role:
  • Relocation allowance of up to $15,000.

  • Generous sign-on bonus of $25,000.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $277,100 to $337,900, taking into account the applicant's skills, qualifications, degrees, certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary, we provide a rich benefits package that significantly enhances the total compensation.
