We are a leading provider of skilled nursing and memory care services in the Western United States. What We Provide

  • Attractive salary range: $90,000 - $105,000 annually, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of our clinical department
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff in collaboration with your leadership team
  • Engage directly with residents to assess their needs and services, ensuring accurate documentation and communication of their status in the electronic care system
  • Supervise aides, nurses, and other care staff, delegating nursing responsibilities to unlicensed personnel as necessary
  • Perform additional leadership tasks as required

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Nursing license in the state
  • Experience in skilled nursing, geriatric nursing, or dementia care
  • Proven skills in budgeting and cost management
  • Understanding of service plan development, medication management systems, infection control practices, and safety protocols
  • Ability to foster teamwork, leadership, and responsiveness to residents’ needs
