Salary Range: $300,000 - $350,000

  • A well-established and expanding department with a collaborative team, including seven full-scope OB/GYN generalists and three Laborists.

  • 24/7 in-house anesthesia and pediatric support ensuring high-quality obstetric care.

  • Approximately 1,100 deliveries each year, offering a balanced and substantial clinical volume.

  • Utilization of the LDRP maternity care model, emphasizing high-quality, patient-centered care and ongoing improvement.

  • Call requirement consists of three 12-hour shifts monthly, with the option for interested individuals to take 24-hour shifts.

  • The typical schedule includes at least three office days, one dedicated OR day, and one administrative day, all supported by highly trained 1:1 clinical assistance.

  • Advanced technology platforms, including Epic EMR, facilitate seamless communication and enhance workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Must be Board-certified or board-eligible.

  • Must possess an MD or DO degree and be eligible for a Massachusetts medical license.

  • Fellowship training in Obstetrics and Gynecology subspecialties is a plus.
