A well-established law firm is seeking a newly licensed or early-career Associate Attorney to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney interested in real estate, business transactions, estate planning, and light civil litigation. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle a variety of real estate and business transactional matters.
Assist with light civil litigation related to real estate and business issues.
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
Participate in client meetings and court appearances.
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver high-quality legal services.
Support clients with a broad range of legal matters.
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Active Washington State Bar license or recently admitted.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Interest in real estate law, business transactions, and estate planning.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Exposure to real estate, business, or estate planning matters through internships, clerkships, or prior legal experience.
Litigation experience is a plus but not required.
Salary: $100,000-$200,000 annually (DOE).
