Our organization is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team for the Evening or Night Shift in Cooperstown, NY.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee resident care by scheduling and delegating tasks to nursing staff.
Create a nurturing atmosphere by offering support to both residents and their families.
Respond to inquiries and requests from residents and staff, providing necessary information.
Ensure a safe and hygienic work environment by adhering to established rules and regulations.
Safeguard resident confidentiality by monitoring the handling of sensitive information.
Oversee the documentation related to resident care services.
Encourage collaboration among healthcare teams to foster a supportive work environment.
Qualifications:
Must possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Preferred minimum of 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care.
Should demonstrate strong leadership qualities and positivity as a Team Director.
Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and prescribing software is essential.
Exceptional communication skills are required.
Basic computer proficiency is necessary.
