- Applicant must be at least 23 years old \n
- Applicant must have a minimum of 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience \n
- Applicant must possess a TWIC card \n
- Applicant must have less than two preventable accidents in the last three years, regardless of payment \n
- Applicant must have less than two moving violations in the last three years \n
