Job Description
Our organization is in search of skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to become part of our collaborative team, which includes 14 Anesthesiologists and 22 CRNAs.
Position HighlightsEngage in a diverse range of cases, including Trauma (as a Level I Trauma Center/Regional Medical Center), Pediatrics, Neuro, Vascular, Orthopedics, Interventional Radiology, ENT, Urology, and Gynecology.
Access to 18 advanced operating rooms.
Opportunity to administer regional anesthesia.
Teaching roles available for SRNAs, along with mentorship from experienced staff.
Utilization of a comprehensive EHR system across all departments, including the operating room (EPIC 10-Star health system, ranking in the top 1% of EPIC organizations).
The Anesthesia Department oversees the OR schedule, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workday.
Competitive salary ranging from $229K to $270K, depending on experience, plus a signing bonus of $40K.
Choice between a $40K signing bonus or a loan forgiveness option of $100K, payable over six years instead of the bonus.
