Job Responsibilities

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, totaling 40 hours per week, with approximately 10 on-call days each month.
• Provide coverage for about 2 weekends each month.
• Manage an average caseload of 270 cases annually.
• Deliver inpatient, intraoperative, and outpatient care in cardiothoracic surgery.
• Perform procedures such as CABG, valve surgeries, TAVR, and VATs.
• Open heart surgery experience is mandatory.
• Experience in a cardiothoracic ICU is preferred.
• Potential for a temp-to-perm arrangement, with a minimum assignment duration of 6 months.

Compensation

Hourly rates range from $105.00 to $138.00. These figures are estimates and can vary based on factors such as the urgency of the position, your experience and qualifications, and other relevant considerations. The rates are all-inclusive, combining base pay with potential earnings from overtime, on-call duties, and holiday pay. For specific details, please consult your recruiter.
