- Position: Director of Urgent Care, managing an expanding network of urgent care clinics in Delaware.
- Role Structure: A balanced mix of 75% clinical responsibilities and 25% administrative duties, providing a comprehensive leadership experience.
- Team Oversight: Lead a team of 8 or more healthcare providers, with ongoing recruitment efforts.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, including a combination of days, evenings, and weekends, within the hours of 8 AM to 8 PM.
- Practice Environment: Group practice setting where all physicians are on a partnership track.
- Key Responsibilities: Duties include scheduling, onboarding new staff, conducting chart audits, and facilitating provider meetings.
- Patient Volume: Average daily patient census of 20.
- Qualifications: Must be a board-certified Family Practice physician with a valid DEA.
