Position Highlights

• Flexible Work Schedule: Enjoy a 4-day work week with only 32 hours, promoting an excellent work-life balance.
• Standard Hours: Work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
• Manageable Patient Load: Care for a patient panel of 16 to 18 individuals daily.
• Outpatient Focus: This role is exclusively outpatient, with no hospital responsibilities.

• Collaborative Care Model: Work within a Patient-Centered Medical Home framework supported by an interdisciplinary team.
• Qualifications: Board-certified or board-eligible candidates are encouraged to apply.
