Position Overview:
The Surgical Technologist will support surgical procedures by maintaining a sterile environment. This role involves ensuring that all necessary instruments, supplies, and equipment are prepared and available. Additionally, the technologist will assist with the turnover of the operating room between scheduled cases.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED is required.
Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
Essential Qualifications:
CST certification.
Strong critical thinking abilities.
Able to perform effectively in a high-pressure environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
At least one year of experience as a surgical technologist or in an operating room setting.
Prior experience as a surgical technologist is advantageous.
Good manual dexterity.
