Unit Overview:
The MedSurg Float Pool RN role is ideal for registered nurses who thrive in a dynamic setting and seek opportunities for professional development. MedSurg float RNs provide support across MedSurg and mixed acuity units, rotating between our two campuses (Main and Saints).
Positions in the MedSurg Float Pool come with a float pool hourly differential and require two weekend shifts each month.
Work Schedule: 36 hours per week, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Shift Type: Night shifts (weekend and holiday rotation is mandatory)
Location: MedSurg Float Pool at the Main Campus
Qualifications:
Preferred experience of 1-2 years in telemetry or critical care
Active RN licensure in Massachusetts in good standing is required
BSN is highly preferred
An Associate’s degree in nursing may be accepted, with a requirement to enroll in a BSN program within one year
BLS certification is mandatory
Preferred specialized certifications include PCCN or CVRN

The base salary ranges reflect the minimum qualifications for this position. Salary Range:
