Anesthesiologist - Murrells Inlet & Georgetown, SC

Our organization is in search of a board-eligible or board-certified Anesthesiologist to become part of a thriving community-focused health system located in Murrells Inlet and Georgetown, South Carolina. This position is an employed role within our health network, catering to the needs of Georgetown and Horry Counties, which is recognized as one of the fastest-growing areas in the nation.

We operate two hospitals: Georgetown Memorial Hospital, which has 131 beds, and Waccamaw Community Hospital, with 121 beds, both situated in South Carolina. Essential Qualifications:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA)
  • Eligibility for a medical license in South Carolina

Position Highlights:

  • Join a well-established and respected group of employed anesthesiologists alongside more than 25 CRNAs
  • This full-time role is available due to an increase in patient volume
  • Work across two acute-care hospitals with service lines that include general surgery, neurosurgery, orthopedic, spine, urologic, OB/GYN, and vascular surgery
  • Utilize a CRNA medical supervision model, with CRNAs providing nighttime coverage for OB
  • Participate in a 1:6 weekend call schedule, with a day off following call
  • Access modern facilities, featuring 12 operating rooms, two OB surgery suites, and two da Vinci Xi robotic surgery systems
