Nocturnist | Harvard Teaching Hospital | 12 Shifts per Month

Our organization, affiliated with a prestigious teaching hospital in Boston, is on the lookout for a Nocturnist to become part of our academic hospital medicine team. This role entails approximately 12 shifts each month, offering a flexible scheduling arrangement.

The Opportunity

• Deliver overnight inpatient medical services within a well-respected teaching hospital in Boston.

• Engage in around 12 shifts monthly with adaptable scheduling options.

• Collaborate with hospitalists, specialists, trainees, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and care management teams.

• Involve yourself in admissions, cross-coverage, clinical decision-making, and transitions of care.

• Explore potential teaching roles and participation in academic or quality improvement initiatives based on your interests and program requirements.

Candidate Qualifications

• * MD or DO with an accredited Internal Medicine residency completion.

• * Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine.

• * Must be eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts.

• * Experience in hospital medicine or as a nocturnist is preferred, though we encourage qualified recent graduates to apply.
