Position Overview- Role: Medical Director responsible for overseeing 15 providers across four primary care locations.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with no weekend commitments.
- Patient Interaction: 32 hours of patient contact weekly, averaging 16 patients per day.
- Employment: Hospital-employed role within a multi-specialty outpatient practice comprising 50 providers.
- Compensation: Competitive base salary, including a sign-on bonus and assistance with loan repayment.
